SlateFive is a trading name of GoReinstate Trademark. This page explains what we collect when you use slatefive.com, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- What you send us. When you use a form or the site assistant, we collect your name, email, business, what you need, your city and state, your website address if you have one, your budget range, timing and any notes you write.
- Technical details. When a page loads, your IP address and browser details go to our hosting provider.
We don't use analytics or advertising trackers.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to you, prepare a quote or proposal, and run a project if you become a client. We don't send marketing emails unless you ask.
Who we share it with
We use these services to run the site. We don't sell your information.

- Google stores enquiries in a spreadsheet we use to manage leads, and serves Google Fonts. Privacy policy
- Cloudflare may check forms for spam bots, and serves some scripts. Privacy policy
Cookies
We don't use tracking or advertising cookies. The site assistant saves one setting in your browser for your visit, so it doesn't reopen. That setting isn't sent to us. You can clear it at any time in your browser.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to reply and run any project, then delete them. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.
Your choices
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you. We don't sell or share personal information. Send a request through the contact form with “Privacy request” in the message. Some US states give extra rights, such as California, and we honour those too.
Children
This site is for businesses. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes
We may update this page. The date at the top shows the latest change.
